It sounds like he's gargling blood. I'm not a huge fan of screaming or growling usually, only in moderation. It's all about the instrumentation for me.

I don't really mind just as long as it doesn't sound like a frog. 95% of the time I generally like music for the instruments. Also Death Metal is an acquired taste, especially the brutal variety.
